This Green Economy Assessment Study was created under the Green Economy Initiative launched by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) in 2008. It aims to enable Senegal to seize the opportunities offered by the green economy.
This study was commissioned by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) at the request of the Government of Mauritius. Mauritius has made significant steps towards a greener economy with the new government agenda aiming to further drive this transition.
