Alexander (Sandy) Bisaro is a trained institutional economist and a researcher in the adaptation and social learning research process at the Global Climate Forum. The Global Climate Forum is a non-profit association of research institutes, think tanks, companies, NGOs and individual researchers that together initiate and perform innovative research on climate change and related global challenges. Sandy has 10 years of experience in climate vulnerability and adaptation research, both in Europe and in developing countries. His current research focuses on climate finance and adaptation governance, particularly in coastal areas.
