Dale Andrew has recently retired after working for 37 years at the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development, where he ended his career as Head of the Environment Division in the Trade and Agriculture Directorate. As a member of the Secretariat, he was responsible for two groups involved with environmental policy: one on trade and environment and the other on agriculture and the environment. Activities were closely coordinated and carried out with colleagues in the Environment Directorate.
