Fabian Stöckl is a Doctoral student in the Department of Energy, Transport, Environment at the Deutsches Institut für Wirtschaftsforschung (German Institute for Economic Research), commonly known as DIW Berlin, He holds a master's degree in economics from the University of Munich (LMU).
