Samuel ENGBLOM is the Policy Director of the Swedish Confederation for Professional Employees (TCO) and former Chief Legal Advisor of the same organisation. Before joining TCO, he was Deputy Head of Analysis of the Swedish National Labour Market Board. Samuel Engblom holds a PhD in Law from the European University Institute in Florence, Italy. In 2018, he received an honorary doctorate in law from Lund University, Sweden.
