Zlatina Loudjeva is a Director for Infrastructure and Cities for Economic Development at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Zlatina specialises in the economic impacts of infrastructure development, including issues linked to jobs creation, gender and socio- economic impacts, governance, land rights and traditional systems. Zlatina was previously the Managing Director for the Construction Sector Transparency Initiative (CoST) and subsequently a Strategic Adviser to its Board. Zlatina was elected member of the Board of British Expertise and her work has been acknowledged in a number of international awards and publications. Zlatina's work experience includes work in Zambia, Malawi, Kenya, India, Bulgaria, Georgia and Romania for private sector and for the World Bank and the UK Department for International Development.
