Patty Rollin joined Wye Holdings in 2016 and serves as a Managing Director. Ms. Rollin is responsible for sourcing, reviewing and managing global investments. Prior to Wye, Ms. Rollin served as a Vice President of American Energy & Infrastructure (“ACEI”) where she was responsible for sourcing and reviewing investments across Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East. Over an eighteen-month period at ACEI, Ms. Rollin originated 35 business opportunities in those regions and she led structuring and advanced diligence for deals resulting in initial IC approval for investment of $141 million.
Prior to joining ACEI, Ms. Rollin spent five years at Silver Ridge Power (formerly AES Solar), most recently in the role of Vice President of Global Development, where she led and managed M&A, project development, and project finance. During her tenure at AES Solar, she led the contracting of 900 MW of projects, of which 500 MW were financed and constructed, representing $1.5 billion total cost. Prior to joining Silver Ridge Power, Ms. Rollin co-founded an energy development consulting practice, Sage Energy Group. From 1984 until 2004, Ms. Rollin worked at The AES Corporation where she was involved in M&A, investor relations, and global project development in multiple regions and across multiple technologies. During her tenure at AES, she led the development and finance of $1 billion of power projects. At points in her time at AES, she reported directly to Mr. Hanrahan and worked closely with Mr. Santoroski in the acquisition and development of power generation projects in Asia, Eastern Europe and the United States.
Ms. Rollin received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and English Literature from Bucknell University and a Master of Science in Engineering Economic Systems from Stanford University.
