John Hosung Lee is an Operations Officer at the Korea Green Growth Trust Fund, also serving as GGKP Coordinator in the Chief Economist Office of the Sustainable Development Vice-Presidency at the World Bank. In this capacity, he coordinates the World Bank’s contribution to the Green Growth Knowledge Platform. John specializes in the urban and transport sector and supports managing KGGTF’s 101 grant portfolio. In KGGTF he also advances the sharing of best Green Growth practices across urban and transport sector. John has worked at the World Bank since 2012 primarily in solving urban problems through governance reform, effective planning, ICT and the promotion of private sector development. Prior to joining the World Bank, he worked at Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements, and a Management Consulting firm in Korea. John is a Korean American and holds a Masters in Urban Planning from Columbia University and Bachelors of Architecture from Korea University. He is a frequent traveler photographing cityscape using his shoes.
